How to Explain Your Symptoms:
Combine a description of your feeling from Step 1 (The Engine) with a body part or medical item from Step 2 (The Galaxy).
Example: Ndababara mu (I feel pain in) + Inda (The stomach) = Ndababara mu inda
📚 Medical Pronunciation Tips
- Ndababara: “Ndah-bah-bah-rah.” This comes from the verb ‘kubabara’ (to suffer/be in pain).
- Muganga: “Moo-gah-ngah.” The universal word for doctor or medical professional.
- Farumasi: “Fah-roo-mah-see.” Derived from the French word for pharmacy; used throughout Rwanda.
- Vuba: “Voo-bah.” Means “Quickly.” Use this at the end of a sentence if you are in an emergency situation.
